Abstract
Scleroderma is a rare, systemic, and clinically heterogeneous connective tissue disorder associated with anti-Scl70 antibodies and anti-centromere antibodies. We present a case of systemic sclerosis with typical clinical features but negative serology. It is important to consider seronegative scleroderma when patients presented features of scleroderma with multiorgan involvement even in the absence of specific antibodies to allow early diagnosis and regular follow-up.
